What Am I? No. 3

Below I’ve listed the ingredients found in a common household product.  I’ve drawn the chemical structures of principal components where simple and appropriate; given the E number or CAS number (however tempting Sigma-Aldrich catalogue numbers would be) if no simple chemical structure exists for an additive; and given the chemical formulae or name if neither of the above make sense.  See if you can guess what this is!  If no one gets it within 24 hours, I will post a clue.

CaCO3

FeSO4.7H2O
Arabic Gum
K2Cr2O7

  1. Tanning/Shoe polish is the closest.

A clue: the top two chemicals are part one,the bottom chemicals are part 2. It is a substrate and something that might be applied to it.

  2. The calcium carbonate combined with the cellulose leads me to think that the substrate is paper. Everything else seems like it could be found in ink or paint.
